Eagle Yoga

Namaste humans. And so we begin...first by sitting quietly and gently breathing...in...out...in...out. That's it.

Now for a gentle neck stretch...breathe into it. You should feel this all the way down your back...almost to your tail feathers. Careful not to overstretch. Breathe...b-r-e-a-t-h-e. That's it.

Feel the pranic energy flow from the top of your head, down your spine, filling you with light as you breathe. I want you to send prana down your body and into the tree, so you are firmly anchored to the earth. Know, dear ones, that for those of us with wings, this is particularly challenging. If I can do this, so can you. Just b-r-e-a-t-h-e. Send down your pranic roots. Become one with the tree, with the earth. That's it.

Next, let's s-t-r-e-t-c-h that wing slowly out and back. At the same time, s-t-r-e-t-c-h that tail ever so gently. Feel the stretch...but don't overdo. That's it dear ones. Remember to b-r-e-a-t-h-e.

Ah! Doesn't that just feel marvelous dear ones? Now just one more stretch. This one will stimulate the scalp and rid you of all of those parasitic thoughts that get in the way of living free, the eagle yoga way.

I want you to free yourself from worry and parasites. I want you to fly...free as a...well...me.

Ahhhhhhhh!
